These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pop & Serve website and the catering services provided by Pop & Serve Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Pop & Serve Ltd is a catering company based in the United Kingdom, providing event catering services for private, corporate, and social occasions.

2. Quotations and Bookings
All quotations provided by Pop & Serve are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation is not a guarantee of availability.
A booking is confirmed only upon:
- Written confirmation from both parties
- Receipt of any agreed deposit
- Agreement to these Terms of Service
Pop & Serve reserves the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to your event.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit of 25–50% may be required to secure a booking date
- The balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge in line with UK statutory rights
We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 28 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable
- 14–28 days before the event: 50% of the total contract value
- Fewer than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total contract value
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email. The date of receipt of written cancellation will be used to determine the applicable charge.
5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings (including guest numbers, menu, date, or venue) must be communicated in writing as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability and additional costs where applicable.
Material changes requested within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
6. Food Safety and Allergens
Pop & Serve takes food safety and allergen management seriously. We operate in accordance with UK food hygiene regulations.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform us in writing of all dietary requirements and allergens for their guests prior to the event. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and strongly recommend that guests with severe allergies carry appropriate medication.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate guest numbers and dietary information
- Ensuring suitable access to the venue for our team and equipment
- Ensuring the venue has appropriate facilities (power, water, and space) unless otherwise agreed
- Obtaining any necessary permissions or licences for the event (e.g. temporary event notice for alcohol)
8. Liability
Pop & Serve maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
Our liability to you in connection with any event shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that event, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, civil unrest, or venue issues outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pop & Serve website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Pop & Serve Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Pop & Serve or its reputation.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
